My services are available for parties as well as corporate and personal events of any sort.
Whether it’s a formal dinner, a luncheon or child’s birthday party, I’m happy to create a customized menu for you and am available on an as-needed basis. My culinary background provides a broad array of food styles and cuisines to pull from. I’ve handled everything from Superbowl parties to family get-togethers and holiday gatherings.

Long-Term Chef Services
My services are available on a longer-term basis as well. We’ll work together to customize my availability to your needs and group. Some of my clients prefer to book me so that I can be on-call, while others like to know I’m available to cook all breakfasts, just dinners, etc.

Do you provide everything needed for the meal?
I have all the pots, pans, and utensils that are needed. I don’t provide plates, silverware and glassware. I can rent those if needed for your event.
Do you have a minimum/maximum number of people?
There are no formal minimum or maximum number of guests that I work for, but most of my client’s usually have a minimum of 4 diners.
What does the homeowner need to provide?
Normally the homeowner provides plates, silverware, glassware, and a barbecue grill if needed. If any of these items are not available, please advise me, and I’ll make arrangements for rental items.
How much lead time do you need to arrange for a meal?
1 week between the time you contract my services and the event of your date is preferred.
Are clients involved in planning the meal?
I work with each of my clients to create and customize a menu to their needs. I usually begin by offering sample menus that I think would work well and then we adjust from there.
I’ll take into account any special dietary restrictions or food allergies, personal preferences and preparation requirements then offer an estimate of cost based on the menu that we agree on together.
What are your rates?
For custom dinner parties there is a $500 base rate. Rates are customized based on the menu that has been selected and food costs. Prior to your event I’ll offer a full estimate to help you finalize your budget.
My chef rate is $70 per hour. If a waitress, bartender, or chef assistant is needed they are billed at $35 per hour.
Food costs and groceries are an additional cost that is billed separately.
Do you offer discounted rates for charities?
For charities and other non-profit organizations, I’m able to take 10% off of all labor costs.
