Big Sky, MT Personal Chef Services

Personal Chef Services

Montana Chef specializes in dinner parties that are hosted in each client’s home. I begin by working with you to create a custom menu for your event. We’ll discuss what courses you’d like prepared and the menu items for each one. I’ll take into account any dietary restrictions, seasonality of food and the general execution so that you and your guests can relax and leave the food preparation, serving and cleanup to me.

Regardless of where you’re currently at in your planning process, please contact me and we can get started discussing your event.

Long-Term Chef Services

My services are available on longer term basis as well. We’ll work together to customize my availability to your needs and group. Some of my clients prefer to book me so that I can be on call, while other like to know I’m available to cook all breakfasts, just dinners, etc.

Pricing is determined based on your particular needs.

I have all the pots, pans, and utensils that are needed.  I don’t provide plates, silverware and glassware.  I can rent those if needed for your event.

There are no formal minimum or maximum number of guests that I work for, but most of my client’s usually have a minimum of 4 diners.

Normally the homeowner provides plates, silverware, glassware, and a barbecue grill if needed. If any of these items are not available, please advise me, and I’ll make arrangements for rental items.

1 week between the time you contract my services and the event of your date is preferred.

  • Are clients involved in planning the meal?

I work with each of my clients to create and customize a menu to their needs. I usually begin by offering sample menus that I think would work well and then we adjust from there.

Food costs and groceries are an additional cost that is billed separately.
